Nah that Starbucks story made me chuckle but so real I thought she should’ve gave you a free pastry if she really cared about your day lol

You are so not alone, sweetie. We out here. I'd write more but my AuDHD self is in overwhelm right now so...words. You ever consider that you might be autistic as well? The social cues thing. Just sayin.

You are interesting, provocative, and resonant. I love, your writing, thinking, phrasing, you shoot from the hip and take no prisoners. It’s just what you do to remain your sanity — too often in an insanity world. Like you just said, people underestimate your “disability”for your “drifting away” from, perhaps, boring conversation, humdrum incongruity, lack of the blatant pretension, hauteur and charade.

I enjoy what you write because of all those things you mentioned Ebonics, capitalism, colonialism, piracy hypocrisy, and so much more. It all matters and social media vendors appear like they are all moving toward an ilk wearing a that fuckin’ mask.

Kamory Ross Keep it up! I love your authenticity and aestheticism. Your simplicity and frfr topics are excellent.

Kamory never stop writing! As a black women with adhd/ptsd I feel seen, I feel heard and I’m reading my lived experience. This is so important 🥹.

You had me at the opening line!

Thank you for such a refreshingly honest piece.

I feel you hard on missing social cues, don't talk in code to me as I will miss it. Then go home ruminating the entire interaction and by the time I follow up, the moment has well and truly gone.

I don't take medication but exercise in the morning kicks off my focus as it clears all the excessive thoughts I have.

Just know that you do have a tribe out there in the Substack world 🌍 💕
